1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring subscription (donation) to support nakypilo.net at any time.

  • If you subcribed via subscription form on the website, you can cancel it in WayForPay account. You need to autorize on WayForPay website via your mobile number and cancel subscription.
  • If you subscribed via third-party services (PayPal, Stripe, etc.), you can manage your subscription within your account in the respective payment system or by contacting us at info@nakypilo.ua at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
  • Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

As subscriptions to nakypilo.net constitute voluntary donations to support independent journalism or payments for immediate digital content access, all charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time.
  • If you believe you were charged in error due to a technical glitch, please contact us at info@nakypilo.ua within 14 days of the transaction. Verified erroneous charges will be fully refunded.

  • By choosing a recurring subscription (monthly/annual support), you authorize nakypilo.net and its designated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to automatically charge the selected amount from your provided payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • The currency of transactions is {USD / EUR / UAH}. Any foreign exchange fees or bank commissions are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on nakypilo.net (including articles, photos, videos, logos, and design elements) is the intellectual property of nakypilo.net or its licensors, protected by international copyright laws.
